Cabarrus County Schools Weekend Update for January 24-25, 2026, announcing facility closures and activity cancellations due to winter weather.

Due to the forecasted winter storm expected to affect our area this weekend, all Cabarrus County Schools facilities will be closed on January 24th and 25th to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families.  
  • All extra-curricular and school activities are also cancelled on January 24-25, 2026.
  • The Performance Learning Center will close at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026 and remain closed on January 25, 2026.

Please stay safe, monitor weather updates, and avoid unnecessary travel during winter weather. We will share any further updates as needed through our official communication channels.
